For bug reports, please do not use this form - instead, send an e-mail to bugs@nbill.co.uk. Do not use this e-mail address for requesting support, ONLY for reporting definite bugs. If you e-mail me to request support for something that is not a bug, your e-mail will be ignored.

There is a fee of 10 (+VAT if applicable) per support request. One issue per ticket please. If you raise more than one issue in a single ticket, we will address the first issue only. If the problem turns out to be a bug in the software, your fee will be refunded. Please fill in as much detail as possible so that we can assist you quickly.
