A PDF version will soon be available - I have been waiting (nearly 2 years!) for the help authoring software to fix the problems it had with generating PDFs. Within the last few weeks, they have fixed most of the problems, so it is now possible to generate a PDF (there may be a few limitations, eg. URL links don't seem to work, but that should not matter if you are just printing it). I just have to construct a template for the document first. I will post an announcement when the PDF version is available.
