Authorize.net Callback (Income not recorded)

I have been using nbill for a few months and have been trying to figure out why when people order from my site, it creates an order (good), in creates an invoice (good), but when they order, they imediatly make a payment via authorize.net and it does not get recorded as a paid invoice or an income item. The funds end up in our account, but the record in nBill still shows as pending payment. Please help. Please let me know what other information I can provide that will be helpful.

Is 'pending until paid' set to 'yes' or 'no'?

Does your order form have 'auto create income' set to 'yes' or 'no'?

Oh man, I figured it out. Just wanted to let everone know if they run into the same problem. The issue was that I had changed the default callback url to a custom thank you page that was missing all of the nbill "stuff." I set it back to the default and now it works fine. Thanks for your help.
