As far as I know, there is currently no Payflow Pro gateway available at the moment. Commercial gateways are available for Paypal Pro, but I don't think they cover Payflow (which was bought out by Paypal). If you contact
osdcs.com, they may be able to write a gateway for you (note: gateways developed by 3rd party companies are not supported or endorsed by us - use at your own risk).
