Products Purchased

I would like to see in the My Account page an option to display a list of products that the person has purchased. This wil enable the user to see at a glance what products they have without trawling through orders or invoices. I dont think from what I have seen this is possible today.

The user's order list does show them what products they have - there is a one-to-one relationship between products and orders, so a separate product list would just be a duplication of the order list. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you are asking?

I think you are assuming that everyone will have one product per order form which I haven't as I wanted to keep things easier for the customer. I cannot see all the products someone has ordered by looking at my orders. I have to dig down and view the invoice itself. For example, someone can order from me using one order form a SharePoint service and also an Exchange service as well as an SSL cert. It would be nice to have a link which took you to a list of all the products that the customer had within the order form without digging down into the invoice. I would actually like the customer to be able to see that they ordered x amount of basic mailboxes and x amount of advanced mailboxes and I would also like to see the quantity of the product they purchased on the invoice. This would help the customer when they were contemplating upgrades so they knew exactly what they have currently at a glance.

No, I'm not assuming one product per order form - you can have as many as you like. But if you order more than one product, you will have more than one order record on your order list. If you are saying that this is not the case for you, then there is a problem which needs investigating. Also, the invoice should already display the quantity.
