We're setting up nBill v2.3.2 within Joomla v2.5.6, testing the client csv import feature. All the records are populating within nBill and the contacts are set up properly. However, though we do have username and password columns with values in the csv file, no new Joomla users are being automatically created. Please advise. Many thanks.
