I signed up the other day on a free trial, and I'm trying to finish setting up our order form and invoicing. I noticed that on the Invoices, the dates are all written in "DD-MM-YYYY" format. As we are an American-based company, and our clients will be mostly from the US (some from Canada), we need to display dates in the US format "MM-DD-YYYY" or at least in some other way that our customers will understand ("August 16th, 2012", "Aug 16, 2012", etc).
What is the easiest way to go about editing invoices and client email templates to reflect the correct date format?
