Invalid Credit Card: Phone is required.

When I try to process a payment via Authorize.net I get an error Invalid Credit Card: Phone is required. I don't see any options to changes the fields that are displayed on the payment page.
What am I missing?

According to the authorize.net documentation, the 'phone' parameter is optional. Perhaps you have overridden this in your authorize.net control panel and made it mandatory? I believe this is found under Profile->Payment Form->Form Fields.
