nbill Suddenly Not Calculating Total on Order Form

I have an order form that was working fine last year;

it should all be setup correctly, there is a dropdown box for quantity and then the product selectors are set to refer to that field ##123## for the quantity;

however no matter what i try it keeps defaulting to 1 on the order confirmation page.

the only thing that has changed since the form was last used and functioning correctly was the upgrade of nBill;

Help would be appreciated because i need this form to be working very soon!
