Is it possible to view an order as a PDF the same as a quote or invoice.?
This would be extremely useful for my requirements.
If not currently possible is there a change I could make to attain this ?
If not may I request that this be included in future versions.?
You would also then have a wonderful product to sell that would be in demand by many small businesses as this could be used as a 'Jobsheet'
I could not find one in the Joomla reository that did this thus the use of nBill.
Thus allowing the full order to invoice process for many a tradesman.
1 - Quote
2 - Order
3 - Jobsheet to issue to worker and by admin editing order form could also be a sign off sheet for the customer
4 - Invoice
The whole package for every tradesman out there, not just the brilliant accountancy software that nBill is.
opefully this should not require too much work as all the fields are there for the quote/order, just need to be able to view/print the order as a PDF
I agree with this.
As nBill works now, I can:
quote a project.
once accepted, automatically create order records for all accepted items.
since I progress bill weekly (on larger projects), I can then generate invoices weekly for only the order items that have been completed.
It would be nice to have a work order sheet to give to employees and customers...it seems that the functionality is there already.
As norfolkandway stated, there are many tradesmen that would find this extremely useful.
