That works no problem, I think it is all working just thought the cron message from the server was a bit odd when it said "We don't have any Joomla functionality available". As long as that message is not coming from NBill I think I am good to go.

That message is coded into nBill - in case something goes wrong and the nBill environment can't be loaded, it will use a hard-coded English error message and the PHP mail function as a last resort to inform the administrator that something is wrong. But what you posted was not the normal output of that error message, but the code that defines the message. If the script is working then I don't know what would cause that to appear in a log file.
