Renewal emails question?

When setting up an order form to not auto-renew but, request they login and pay;  where is that email message stored?  My client wants to customize that email message.

I'm not really sure exactly what you mean, but the standard text for all emails is in the /administrator/components/com_nbill/language/en-GB/email.en-GB.php language file.
