Administration fine
« on: 03/February/2011, 02:21:27 PM »
We would like to automatically ad a fine if the payment terms are not met. We give our customers 60 days to pay their invoices. After these 60 days we would like to ad a fine.

You can of course add a late payment fee manually (hopefully it doesn't happen too often!)

It does :( So it would be nice to have done this automatically.

Re: Administration fine or 10% Net30

The more traditional way of doing this, at least in the US is offering the client a discount if paid with in x days of the invoice date. In our case we would like to offer 20% net 10 terms. Is there a way of doing this cleanly?

I can see a semi-manual way of doing it with both payment plans and discounts but  nothing straight up. Suggestions?

Sorry, there is no such feature at the moment, but I will take both of these suggestions into consideration.
