Runtime Error
« on: 15/January/2011, 06:12:00 PM »
Hi, I recall that support has ended end of last year, but need urgent help on this, I opened my inbox to 7660 e-mails all reading:

An error has occurred in nBill (administrator)! Details of the error are given below:

User ID: 758
Software Version: 1.2.9
Service Pack: 0
Domain: http://www.ssr.org.sg
Date/Time: 15-Jan-2011 07:01:37 pm
IP Address: 220.255.4.28
Page: /administrator/index2.php
Referrer: http://www.ssr.org.sg/administrator/index2.php?option=com_netinvoice&action=io&task=clients
Error Log ID: 7660
Error Message: fgetcsv() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given
File Name: /var/www/clients/client1/web3/web/administrator/components/com_netinvoice/admin.proc/io.php
Line Number: 236
PHP Version (and OS): 5.2.4-2ubuntu5.12 (Linux)
CMS: joomla
CMS Version: 1.5

The system has been running properly for more than a year without any hiccups, so what could be the cause for this sudden failure? Would really appreciate your help if you could help... sorry to bother you even after support has expired!

I think this would only happen if someone tried to import some clients from an invalid CSV file. It is not something that affects day-to-day operation of your website.

Ok thanks for the clarification... It hasn't recurred so I guess it isn't a long-term issue.  :)

Actually.. I have another question, I have set a cron job to run, and my recurring billing is annual, but somehow when the anniversary came it didn't fire off. Am I configuring something wrong?

Also would I be able to catch up on the invoices which were not sent out? I'd be glad to pay you to help me fix my problem...  :-\
