Where can I customize the confirmation page?

I'd like to customize the payment confirmation page. Where can I do this?  Or, can I setup to redirect to another page?

If using paypal, you can specify which page to redirect to after the transaction in your paypal profile (ie. on the paypal website, not in Netshine Billing). If using SECPay, there is a parameter in the payment gateway settings in Netshine Billing that lets you specify which page to return to.
