Translating and installing language how?

How I can to traslate to my language frontend and some of backend? What is procedure of installing language?

You can just create a copy of the English language files (/administrator/components/com_nbill/language/en-GB/) in a folder named according to the language you are using (eg. fr-FR, en-US, pt-BR etc.), rename each file, again to replace the language name, then replace the English text in those files with text in your own language. If you would like to donate the translation as a language pack that can be used by others, just send the files to me and I will create a language pack for it.

I have translated in administrator/components/com_nbill/language/ru-RU/email.ru-RU.php this string:

But in Invoices I not see results...

That text does not appear on invoices - it is shown at the end of the accompanying email, but only if the client is associated with a contact record which is associated with a Joomla user record (ie. only if the Joomla username is known).

Your translation will only appear if the website is running in the specified language. I do intend to add support for client-specific language selection and manual language selection, but I'm not sure when this will become available.

joomla user have right, russian language but hi receive mail in english language from nBill.

I have tranlsated partial of invoices.ru-RU.php but the same result... I not have see my translations in admin panel... My joomla account use as default russial language in front and back end.
