Little issue on the My Account frontend view
« on: 16/November/2010, 08:02:24 PM »
After upgrading to v2.1.0 beta I have:

Your current membership level is ''.

for every single client.

On 2.0.9 the user group was successfully displayed.

Thanks for reporting this - which version of Joomla are you using? And does it make any difference which user group the user really belongs to? ie. does it still say '' even if you change the user group of the user to something different?

For now the bug is purely esthetic, it doesn't even bother me that much as I could even remove that part from the template.

I reported the bug since this might have consequences that I'm yet unaware off ;). I don't actually now if ACLs based on user groups are currently used in nBill.

Actually, you don't even have to amend the output - there is a setting on the 'display options' page which allows you to choose whether or not to show that information.

nBill does not restrict access based on user groups but it does allow access to a user group to be purchased (by flagging a product as a user subscription).

I am not able to reproduce the problem with the user group being omitted. Would it be possible to give me access to your Joomla administrator (in a support ticket) so I can look into it?

Hi,

I just received your PM.

Unfortunately I ended up removing the component from my site as it's not fully compliant with my country requirements on terms of invoicing.

The only thing that could help you on reproducing the bug is that I performed an upgrade from v2.0.9 to v2.1.0 beta 1. I also deleted the contact & client records more than once as well as quotes, invoices and orders while I was testing out the component.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
