"Published" for pages in order forms not working

Hello,

Changing the "Published" property for pages on an order form does not seem to do anything (pages always show in the front end, even if Published is set to "Not visible to anyone" for example...).

Running nBill 2.0.9

Ooops! Apparently I forgot to implement that setting! Oh well, it has taken 9 months for anyone to notice.

To fix, replace /components/com_nbill/proc/orders.php with the attached.
