Hi folks! this is my first post but I have a client who's totally desperate. They changed hosts, I think somebody has been in there bashing config settings, everything is screwed up.

Could someone be so kind as to supply me with some documentation? Specifically the install instructions for authorize.net? I have ZERO documentation. If I have to debug this thing line-by-line it will cost my poor client an arm and a leg.

Please help, I need the installation documentation.

nBill documentation is here: http://www.nbill.co.uk/help/

Installing a payment gateway is done using the nBill extension installer: http://www.nbill.co.uk/help/index.php?page=extensions-installer.html

Can I send you login info for this domain so you can take a look? Please advise what email address to send to.

OK I'm getting some error emails finally. This latest error is "Your script timed out while we were trying to post transaction results to
it."

The callback address we're using is index.php?option=com_netinvoice&action=gateway&task=authnet_receipt&gateway=authnet

So the transactions are getting approved but no information is posted to the client nbill shopping cart.

Now I am getting error emails that say the md5 hash value doesn't match between nbill and authorize.net. I have a simple uncalculated 7-letter string set for md5. It matches in nbill config and authorize.net

Make sure you are accessing nBill over https when paying with authorize.net. If you submit a support ticket giving me access to the Joomla administrator I will see if I can find out what is wrong.
