Not sure I follow - do you mean it creates 2 separate income records for a single payment?

In that case I think I would need access to your site to investigate - can you submit a support ticket please?

You can submit support tickets here: http://www.nbill.co.uk/component/option,com_waticketsystem/Itemid,34/

Following your PM, I had a look on your site, and not all invoices have a duplicate income record, but of those that do, only 1 is marked as automatically generated by nBill. A second income record seems to have been added separately from the normal nBill process - either manually, or possibly automatically by some custom script or gateway.

No, I don't think it is a problem with nBill at all. nBill is only adding a single income record - something outside of the nBill core is adding an additional record. It could be your payment gateway script. I see you have the auth.net gateway, but has it been modified or extended at all? Do you have a silent postback URL defined in your auth.net merchant interface? (if so, try removing it) Do you have any custom scripts or custom code running? Do you ever mark invoices as paid yourself?

Yes I mark invoices paid myself when I use authnet, because it doesn't do it automatically, and sometimes when i use paypal because of the same above reason. So why would it create 2 receipt numbers?

Thanks
David

Do you have a silent postback URL defined in your auth.net merchant interface? I am wondering whether the payment goes through, you are notified by email or whatever, then you go in and mark it as paid, then the silent postback comes through some time after that and it gets added again.
