Email an invoice, customer not registered

Hi,

Is there a way to create an invoice and send it to a customer that is not registered and when he clicks on the pay this invoice, go to the form to fill out his information and then pay the invoice??

Not exactly. You can create an invoice and email it to anyone you like, and if you have 'login required for payment' set to 'no' on the display options page, it will allow anyone to pay the invoice. They will not be asked to fill out their information though.
