New documentation site

The documentation for nBill 2.x has not been written yet, so for now I have just published a copy of the documentation for nBill 1.x, as much of the functionality remains the same. The new documentation site for nBill 2.x is at http://www.nbill.co.uk/help/. It will be updated in due course to reflect the changes made in version 2.

Not unless someone volunteers to translate it all - which would be a huge job! The documentation is currently undergoing further development to reflect the new features of nBill 2.
