Clarify Outright (forever) license for a single website

Hi,
I would like to know about "Outright (forever) license for a single website" license if I can install nbill on multiple subdomains.

For example if I have a license key for the xyz.com domain can I install nbill with this key on subdomain.xyz.com?

If not I have to install in a subdirectory like xyz.com/subfolder/ ?

A license key for a single website only works on a single website - it will not work on any subdomains, nor on any folders (you have to have a key for the exact website address). If you want to use it on multiple subdomains and/or folders, you need a domain-wide license. A domain-wide license will work on any site on the same domain.
