Authorize.net Error 99

Everything was working fine and we have taken a bunch of orders, however, now I get the following error from authorize.net everytime I submit an order.

(99) This transaction cannot be accepted

Any ideas?

just in case anyone runs into this error, here is what happened.

My client had changed their transaction id and it was causing the error. Updated the transaction id in the gateway setting in nbill and everything is working.

 

anything
