Listed new product page and total order gives a 0.00$ value

I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out, I create a new product order page put in the $ values at the appropriate places and when I do a order in gives me a 0.00$ value.. BUT when I put in the Promocode , I get a value total with discount...

WHY is this and How can I get this to work ??

Yeah, I just read all of that and did everything correctly and still I get a 0.00$ value total..

any other suggestions?
