I'm trying nBill out at the moment, and I'm very impressed by the component. I need to translate only a few terms that come out at the invoice to start with, to check with my payment processor if they approve of this system.
How can I translate these terms?

The language file used for invoices is /administrator/components/com_netinvoice/language/english/invoicetemplate.english.php. You can either edit that file directly, or copy it into a folder in the language of your choice (eg. /administrator/components/com_netinvoice/language/swahili/invoicetemplate.swahili.php) and translate the text there.

And if I want to translate the whole thing, is it all the files in that folder?

Yes - not a job for the faint-hearted! See also the FAQs - if you provide a full translation, you get a free license key (or a refund if already purchased).

Hi There,
My situation is the following:
I have 2 vendors setup in the system, one is for a Company that will trade in English and another one that will trade in spanish.
the invoicetemplate.spanish has been created and copied into a Spanish folder inside the languge admin folder.
the problem i'm experiencing is that now everytime i create an invoice under the company that trades in English, the invoice is crated in spanish.
How can define the language to use for the invoice template on both companies?
thanks for your time.
Regards,
David

The language used depends on the language that Joomla is using. Typically you would install Joom!Fish so that users of your website front-end can select the language they want - then when they view their invoices, they will be seeing them in the correct language. You cannot specify an overriding language per client though.
