Hellon everybody!
My joomla website have as default language the portuguese. I'd installed the nBill language pack at extension guide and the component don't recognize the language that i'm using as default (the portuguese language), then my nBill component is appearing to me in english language. I followed the instructions listed in help and here in forum but I don't know what is happening.
Can someone help me?
Thanks

Hi,
The Portuguese language pack is European, so will only take effect if the language is set to pt-PT (not pt-BR). You could rename the language folder and all the files (ie. rename /administrator/components/com_nbill/language/pt-PT to pt-BR, and each file in that folder likewise).

It works! Thanks!
My problem now is with the enconding. The words don't recognize "ão", "ç", etc. How to fix it?
Thanks

Make sure the character encoding of the files is set to UTF-8 (assuming you are using Joomla 1.5 or above). You can use a tool such as PSPad to change the encoding of a file. If you installed the language pack with the nBill extension installer it should take care of the encoding for you.
