Hi ,

I have followed the instructions:
1. I uploading the reminder script to my root directory

2.I have a test invoice that was due on 1/23

3.I created a reminder for past-due payments

4.I set up the following cron job instructions wget -q -O /dev/null "http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?option=com_nbill&action=cron_entry&Itemid=999999999&cron_file=nbill_cron_scheduled_reminders.php"

5.When I run the crob to test it...getting this "No output generated"

6. When I browse to the url I am getting this "0 Reminders have been processed by nBill. Timestamp: 01/26/2012 01:55:27."

What step or steps am I am missing or I am not understanding properly how the reminders work....any assistance would be great as I have to take this site live in a couple of days for my client.

Thanks a ton

A reminder will only be sent if it is due on the exact number of days before or after the event. So if you set up a reminder to be sent when an invoice is 30 days overdue, it will only be sent if it is exactly 30 days since the invoice date. If the cron job runs on the 31st day, it would not send a reminder. You therefore have to ensure the cron job runs once every 24 hours - no more, no less, otherwise some reminders will not be sent, or some will be sent more than once.

On the plus side, it sounds like you have configured everything correctly since you are getting the '0 Reminders processed' message.
