Been using nBill for 2 years with no issues and today I have received email from customers stating that they have had no emails generated since October, I went to invoice section in Nbill and the last invoice that was created for anyone was 10th Oct.

Customer pay monthly by subscription.

I tried to manually generate the invoices but Nbill just crashes.

Any idea why this may be happening?

Thank you

What do you mean by 'nBill just crashes'? Do you get an error message? Anything reported in the PHP error log? (this is typically a file named 'error_log' in your root folder or /administrator folder). Do you have an e-mail address specified for error messages to be sent to in the nBill global configuration file? If not, try adding one and re-run the invoice generation to see if it emails an error message to you.

This is the message I receive now each time I receive an order:

Warning - this order form is flagged to automatically create an invoice, but an invoice could not be generated. An invoice may need to be created manually by an Administrator.

If I try to generate orders in the back end, this is the message that is received:

The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few  moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network  connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure  that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Nothing wrong with the server, or my internet or the site, this only happens when creating invoices using Nbill

Thanks for your help.

I have no idea why that would be happening - I would need access to the site to investigate further, so please submit a support ticket.
