Upgrade to 2.3

Hi,

My nbill folders are owned by apache  (so I cant overwrite them with FTP).

How to upgrade? Just uninstall and install?
What happen to my language files and templates?

My current version is 2.2 (on Joomla 1.7.0).

You can just re-install (no need to uninstall first), however if you have any customisation it is safer to use the manual upgrade patch. If you use a component such as OSE-Fileman you can upload the manual upgrade patch zip file to the root of your account (ie. the directory where Joomla is installed), and extract the file there - it should then be able to overwrite the nBill files as it will be running under the apache username.

I have had a few problems unrelated to nBill which have held up the release of several new extensions, but they are on the way - by the end of February I expect, hopefully sooner.
