Global Fee

OK, I think I'm missing something here... I want to charge a global 3.5% fee on every invoice to cover the misc gateway fees charged by PayPal and Authorize.net.

So I added a fee under the Fees section and I can't seem to get it to work. When I create an Invoice or Order it isn't added to it. So I tried selecting the fee option under each payment gateway but the drop down menu for fees says "Not Applicable" with no other options.

How do I get this working?

You need to add a value to the 'code' setting (eg. "GATEWAY_FEE"). It will then show up in the gateway settings and you can select it for each gateway.
