If you go to Website->Display Options->My Quotes and make sure 'Allow choice of gateway' is set to 'yes', the client will be offered a choice of payment methods - correspondeing to the payment gateways you have installed. nBill comes with a built-in "offline" payment gateway for allowing people to choose to pay by bank transfer or cheque (go to Website->Payment Gateways and make sure the 'offline' gateway is published if you want to use that option). Also, on the quote itself you can include instructions on payment in the 'small print' section.

Russel

This works great thanks, now only one problem left, I need the qoute to show a default text in Quote Introduction or small print, so every time a vendor makes a new qoute the default text shows up in the qoute, I can get it to work fine in invoices using the sales tax configuration, but I can not get it to work with qoutes, how can I achieve this with qoutes?, thanks

You can set the default text on the vendor record.

Yes I see that there a different options for that on the vendor page, but it still does not work, I need a default text to show when making the qoute, and that same text should show in the invoice, when automatically or manually created, how can I do that??

It will not copy the 'small print' from the quote and put it on the invoice but you can just use the same value for both on the vendor and/or tax records.
