Question about "Relating To" field

Quick question:

Is there any plan (in future releases) on having the 'relating to' field available and viewable in the frontend for quotes and invoices?

There is no 'relating to' field on an invoice - the value from the order is just part of the line item's description. Quote items can have a 'relating to' value, but there could be many different "relating tos" on a single quote, so it would not be easy to show that on the quote list in the front end.
