More copying requests

It would be very useful to be able to copy/duplicate almost everything. I'm adding categories products at present and as many items are just variations on a theme, a copy function here would be very handy.

Yes, this is planned, but unfortunately it will be a bit time-consuming to implement and will not make it into the next release (due by Christmas).

Update: Invoices, Quotes, and Credit Notes will be copyable in the next release (still due out before Christmas). Order forms and quote request forms can already be copied. Other record types will have to wait a bit longer.
