Hi, I've just tried the manual upgrade and I received the following error:

Unknown column 'code_to_run' in 'jos_nbill_extensions' SQL=ALTER TABLE `jos_nbill_extensions` CHANGE `code_to_run` `code_to_run` TEXT NULL

Things seem ok but should I be worried??

You can safely ignore that - it was trying to change all TEXT columns in the database to allow nulls, but one of the columns has been moved. It is nothing to worry about.
