Hi Russell,

Joomla Version 1.5.2.1
nbill 2.2 
Payment Gateway SecPay
Auto repeat payments monthly

On the old version nbill used to automatically create the corresponding invoice after secpay had processed the repeat payment.  I have had to process manually this morning, moving forward I need this to be automatic again.

Yes there have been problems with SECPay recently, but this is nothing to do with nBill - the fault is with Paypoint. I have been having this problem (intermittent or no callbacks for repeat payments) since mid July, and have been hounding them about it with very little response. They did seem to fix it a couple of weeks ago, but introduced a new problem with the hash not being calculated correctly. It wouldn't surprise me if the callbacks are not properly fixed yet either. All I can suggest is that you contact Paypoint technical support - the more people reporting the problem, the more likely they are to take it seriously!

Thanks for the update, I will speak to paypoint, what exactly should I say to them so that it targets the exact problem areas (as I'm no coder/techy!).

If payments are coming in but corresponding items are not being marked as paid in nBill AND you are not getting any error messages, you need to complain that the callback from Paypoint is not being sent. If you are getting any error message from nBill such as a hash mismatch, you need to complain that they are sending the wrong hash value.
