Hi

I there some way you can make a quote expire so that the client can no longer see the quotation by either "unpublishing" the quote or are we able to set up a custom status that we can change to "Expired". The reason is that our quotes are valid for a month and we don't want clients accepting an old quotation because materials costs etc may have changed in that time.

Also we use the HTML field when preparing a quotation for more detailed information, but when the quote is accepted the HTML information is not transferred to the invoice. Is there a way this can be done?

Many thanks - really love this program. It has made our renovation company quoting so much better and the clients love it too.

Is there anyway to sort these, especially the html problem?

It will be sorted in the next release, which is imminent.
