In line with the introduction of paid support subscriptions 3 months ago, there is now a new helpdesk ticketing system for handling support requests. This system is actually an nBill extension, and will be offered for sale as an optional extra in due course. In the meantime, I will be putting it through its paces by using it to provide support for nBill. It supports attaching files to tickets, and inserting code snippets and images into messages. If you have any problems submitting or replying to a ticket, you can contact me by sending a personal message through the forum or by email: support@nbill.co.uk (please only use these avenues of contact if you have a problem with the helpdesk system).

Not until after the next release of nBill (I had to make some changes to nBill to accommodate some of the features of the helpdesk). I am hoping the next release will be by the end of April, but not making any promises.

Not yet, sorry - I have to finish updating the Lite edition so it works on Joomla 1.7, then update the module, then I will be finishing the extensions that I have started (there are still some admin features to complete on the helpdesk system before I can release it as an extension). So it will be several weeks yet I'm afraid.

Great! I installed the extensions.

I set the Show BBCode Key and Show BBCode Key On New Tickets Only to NO, but it is still showed?
