In line with the introduction of paid support subscriptions 3 months ago, there is now a new
helpdesk ticketing system for handling support requests. This system is actually an nBill extension, and will be offered for sale as an optional extra in due course. In the meantime, I will be putting it through its paces by using it to provide support for nBill. It supports attaching files to tickets, and inserting code snippets and images into messages.
