blank page on nbill (not installation issue)

i bought a site which has nbill installed so i do not know much on nbill but have to use it.

i've been using it for nearly a year, but with one big problem. sometimes when i go to nbill page (mydomain.com/administrator/index2.php?option=com_netinvoice), it just shows a blank page, nothing when i view source, and nothing in error log. i tried to restart apache, reset my modem to get a new IP, clear cache, etc. same result.

it was installed a few years ago, and most of the time it works, so i believe it's not installation issue, nor license issue. funny thing is, a few days later, it will fix itself. but that's not a good way to work, when i need to check invoices etc. (like now) it does not work, i cannot wait a few days every time.

what could be the issue and how to solve it?

it's nbill 1.2_10 running on Joomla! 1.0.12

I have no idea what could cause that, but if you submit a support ticket giving me access to your site, I will look into it.
