Hi, We need help to review settings for our authnet gateway. We keep getting the error after the credit cards are entered and submitted on the authorize site. Here is the error:

.......................
An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

      This transaction has been approved.

It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.
====================

The payment is being processed, but we do not get the final email with the attachments and no order is added to the nbill admin...

We also get an nbill error email that says:

=======================

nBill Error Report

The Hash value returned by Authorize.net in the callback does not match the hash value calculated by the gateway (this could indicate a spoof callback). Please check the MD5 Hash Value is correct both in your payment gateway settings and in the Authorize.net merchant interface. [unhashed: 9694F909B20DAE662D27D38BD8C810D782LeRj380.00; calculated: DB885F017AD11B70C3FDD28AD71C6C86; hash: ]

The following information shows the contents of the $_REQUEST and $_SERVER PHP variables. A technician may find this information useful in determining why the error occurred.

Maybe we should uninstall the payment gateway and reinstall it??
Not sure.
Are you all able to still provide support for this older version 1.x of nbill?

Thanks!

Check the 'encapsulation character' and 'delimiter character' set in your authorize.net merchant interface. Make sure the encapsulation character is NOT a pipe | and that the delimiter character IS a pipe. Also check to make sure the MD5 hash value is identical in your authorize.net merchant interface and your nBill payment gateway settings.
