Accents not showing properly on 2.0.8

Hi, I recently installed the patch 2.0.8 and am seeing this error in the image attached. I didn  t have this issue before and it seems to locate on inside the nBill components (the main menu shows the accents fine but the nBill menu doesn  t). Please this needs to be fixed. Thanks.

Uninstall the language pack, re-download it from the nBill website (http://www.nbill.co.uk/component/option,com_docman/Itemid,10/task,cat_view/gid,12/) and re-install it using the nBill extension installer. Note, you must use the nBill extension installer to install a language pack - if you just copy the files to the language folder the diacritics will not display correctly.
