An alpha release of the new Authorize.net payment gateway is now available from the gateway download page:
http://www.nbill.co.uk/component/option,com_docman/Itemid,10/task,cat_view/gid,13/.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an ALPHA release - not even BETA. It should not be relied on to be secure and is not fully functional. If you are desperate, you can use it (it will allow you to take payments via authorize.net), but there is a small risk of spoof callbacks (a hacker could make it look as though a payment has been made when it hasn't). If this is not a big issue for you (eg. if you have other means of verifying that the payment was genuine - such as waiting until it appears on your statement), then you may use it at your own risk.
It does not yet support recurring payments - only one-off. A new release will be made available as soon as possible to address these functionality and security issues, but we have released this early version because some people have requested it even in an incomplete state.
Please also note, that Authorize.net requires the use of the mHash extension for PHP. Your installation of PHP must therefore support the mHash functions for the gateway to work.
