Greetings,

We are encountering the scenario that the initial payment goes through fine but upon being re-billed the next month the transaction is declined due to whatever reason.

What can I do to get nBill to disable the Joomla account until they've been properly caught up on their payment?

Thanks!

I think you would have to mark the order as cancelled.

Is there an automated way already in place?

TIA

No. If auto-renew is on, the subscription will not lapse, even if no payment is received. And auth.net does not provide callbacks when payments are received anyway so nBill has no idea whether the client has paid or not.
