Hello

I intend to use Paypoint as my payment gateway.

At the moment, the user is redirected to a very plain screen with "SecPay" at the top of the screen, and some fields for the user their credit card details (https://www.secpay.com/java-bin/ValCard).

Please could you advise how I may update this form to:

1) Change the form from SecPay to Paypoint (as Secpay is the old name)
2) Add additional info / icons etc. to reassure the user that they are entering their details in a secure area.

Thanks

Hi,

You can create a template and upload it to your Paypoint account. This can even make it appear as though the user is still on your website (only the address in the browser address bar gives it away). In the payment gateway settings, you can specify the URL to the template that you have saved on the Paypoint server.

Hi

Thanks for the swift reply.  So, forgive me if this is a stupid question ...

I assume that I need to purchase an account with Paypoint (eg: http://www.paypoint.net/solutions/payment-gateway/lite/ at  ?20 per month) before I can create this template?

Thanks

Yes, you need an account with them before you can upload a template. Their test system is available to everyone, but you only get the plain white payment screen with that.
