Hi, I tried the automatic upgrade, and it appeared to work until I saw the runtime error e-mail (which I can provide privately if you wish). Based on what's in the e-mail, I decided to do a manual upgrade, copying all of the files over to their respective directories. Then, when going back into nBill, it said I needed to do a db upgrade. After clicking on the upgrade, db, it displayed the following error:

Duplicate entry 'CP' for key 1 SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_inv_xref_field_type` (`code`, `description`) VALUES ('CP', 'INV_FLD_PASSWORD')
Multiple primary key defined SQL=ALTER TABLE `jos_inv_xref_default_start_date` ADD PRIMARY KEY (`code`)

Do I need to remove or modify any of these db entries?

No, you can ignore those messages, they are harmless (it is just complaining because the same database queries were run twice).
