Free Support All customers will be credited with 3 free support tickets, for up to 3 separate issues. If your issue turns out to be a bug in the software, the ticket will not count against your allowance. Whether or not you have used your allowance of free support tickets, there are several ways of resolving problems without contacting us directly and without incurring any charges. Please use the following resources before you contact us:
If you cannot find the answer to your question using any of the above resources, please raise a support ticket quoting your domain name, and giving a full description of the problem, including as much information as possible about what led up to the problem.
Please Note: If you are using nBill on a site that could be considered 'adult', or offensive in any way, we will not visit your site, and therefore might be unable to provide individual support. In addition, if you are using nBill on a site that is engaged in illegal activities (such as copyright violations), you will not be entitled to any support. Paid Support After you have used up your 3 free support tickets, any further requests for support will be charged at £25 (+VAT, if applicable) per issue (price subject to change without notice). If the issue turns out to be a bug in the software, the charge will be refunded. This charge is to deter time-wasters, and to enable us to provide the best possible service. |
