As with virtually all Microsoft products, IIS is a bit ropey! Still, if you must use it, the installation of ionCube is not much different than for Apache. Full instructions are available here (Windows is mentioned at the end of the page): http://www.ioncube.com/loader_installation.php

Is there some sort of step by step instructions on what needs to be included for an IIS installation (Windows Server 2003 & php5)?
I've seen a number of threads with questions, but most mention Apache. I know a reference must be made in the php.ini file to the ioncube DLL file - how would this look? |

Not at present, no, sorry. Copying records is on the 'to do' list.

Hi,
I have to create a number of similar order forms. Is there a way to start from one, copy that and edit it? Thanks |

If you add your code to the 'submit code' setting, the results are displayed in the summary.

Yes, but in both cases the new prices are not shown in the summary.

Those are actually 'strict' notices emanating from Joomla itself. There seems to be a bug in many versions of PHP 5 that causes it to log strict messages even when configured not to (strict messages are not important and are only meant to provide information for developers).
If you raise a support ticket, I will take a look at your site to see if I can see why this problem with the invoice list is occurring. |

Yes, but a payment gateway would need to be written for it (requiring advanced PHP programming skills). I'm afraid I don't have the resources to write any new gateways at the moment, but full instructions for creating a new payment gateway are available here http://www.nbill.co.uk/documentation/payment-gateway-development.html, or you could ask a 3rd party company to develop it for you (eg. OSDCS: www.osdcs.com).
