We are a small company providing eco-friendly cleaning solutions. Working in partnership with PureWater Cleaning Systems, we provide regular services to over 900 customers. A reliable friendly window cleaning service forms the basis of most of our work. What do you use nBill for? Paperless Billing. Profit & Loss Accounting. Example: We clean Mr Smith's windows for £15.00. Within a few minutes of finishing the job, our office is informed and Mr Smith's Invoice is entered into the system. He recieves the invoice over email and pays his bill with his credit card. So within 10 minutes of us leaving for the next job, Mr Smith has paid his bill from his desk. He hasn't even had to write out an old fashioned cheque! What were you doing before you started using nBill? Previous to changing our system over to nBill, we used a simple accounts package (MYOB UK). We could only accept Cash, Cheque or Standing Order as our payment method. If a customer wasn't available for payment, we would leave an invoice and envelope for the customer to send his payment. However this had a number of drawbacks. Bearing in mind that we have over 900 customers, if we left an invoice with each one and then waited for a cheque to turn up and then clear - we were then left with big cashflow issues. What difference has nBill made to you? An Incredible Difference. It has helped our cashflow and brought the company into the 21st Century. New customers have signed up just for the fact that they can pay their bill online. Why did you choose nBill over other products? No other software can claim to be a complete package when compared to nBill. The software is easy to plugin to a website. The support is fantastic. nBill is very user friendly for service based companies. Customers can pay online whilst at the same time we can keep track of our profit & loss. It is THE complete package. Any other comments? Many people still think of the window cleaner as the local old boy who lives down the road who does his job as a bit of a side line. nBill shows that you mean business! We want customers to know that we are enviromentially responisble - so nBill helps us save on paper. We want customers to be able to pay their bill from their home - so nBill helps them pay with a card on its very user-friendly interface. It's brilliant! |
