In addition to sending invoices, nBill enables clients to track order status online, view past invoices, edit invoice details and delivery preferences, submit quotes and pay for invoices online via the numerous supported payment gateways. What were you doing before you started using nBill? Freshbooks in combination with a spreadsheet. What difference has nBill made to you? nBill has eliminated a lot of manual tasks, such as acquiring invoice details, dealing with information requests and, of course, manually generating and sending invoices. Why did you choose nBill over other products? Our clients manage files and data via a Joomla powered backend so it is very useful to have a compatible billing system that is tightly integrated with our project management system. nBill is far the best Joomla billing component. There is no significant competition. Any other comments? Fantastic support. I have never had to wait for more than a few hours for very helpful assistance. |
